15 Month Check Up

We had the babies' 15-month check up yesterday (although they are technically 16 months old now). Here are their new heights and weights:

Kate -
weight 23 pounds 8 ounces (75th percentile)
height 33 inches (95th percentile! yes, she's a big one!)

She is still the leader of us all, funny and fearless. She is running now, and chasing Evan around the house. She has about 10 words that she can say, but she understands so much more.

Willa -
weight 22 pounds 6 ounces (50th percentile)
height 32 inches (90th percentile - she is tall and skinny)

Willa is our brave girl -she barely even cried when she got her shots (unlike Kate - oh lord!) She is really having fun walking, and can make it across the room now. She talks all the time, but only has 3 or 4 words that make sense.

Oliver -

weight 18 pounds 12 ounces
height 30 inches (10-25th percentile)

Poor little Oliver has barely gained any weight since his 12 month check up. In fact he has fallen below the charts. The doctor is not too worried yet, but we need to fatten him up. Oliver has had a cold this week, so he didn't get the four shots that the girls needed. We have to take him back in a couple of weeks when he is healthy.

Back up and running

We've been away for awhile after a major computer malfunction (i.e. harddrive died!), but we are back up and running now, so I promise to post more pictures soon.

Evan had his end-of-the-season soccer tournament this weekend. Two games on Saturday, and the championship game on Sunday, and they won the whole thing! Way to go, Celtics!

Star Wars Family

So, we survived Halloween. Despite three kids with low-grade fevers and runny noses (Kate was the only healthy one - it's not the flu, just little colds!), we managed to get all of them out trick-or-treating. The babies lasted for a good 45 minutes before they reached their limit and started crying. And Evan was very proud of himself for going through the local haunted house, although he admits he was a little bit scared!

The costumes were easy to assemble, but trying to get good pictures was a disaster. These are the best we could do this year.
